The Moss thermal oxidizer boiler design ranges in size from 20,000 – 75,000 lbs./hr. and design pressures from 15 - 950 PSIG and superheated temperatures up to 950° F. This design can be used for VOC emissions from the plants grain dryers. Moss fluid bed systems are capable of burning dry or wet fuels making it particularly suitable for process load, co-generation and other industrial facility applications. The thermal oxidizer design can be installed with watertube or HRSG (heat recovery steam generators) boilers.
